We strongly recommend arriving at least 60 minutes before your scheduled departure. Boarding typically closes 30 minutes before departure. Arriving early ensures smooth check-in, ID verification, and boarding without any last-minute rush — especially during peak tourist season.

Our Port Blair departure point is the Haddo Jetty (Haddo Wharf), Port Blair. It is well-connected by road, and autos/taxis from the city centre take approximately 10–15 minutes. Look for the Green Ocean Seaways counter near the jetty entrance for check-in.

Boarding from Havelock is at the Havelock Island Jetty (Swaraj Dweep). Most resorts and hotels are within 5–20 minutes of the jetty. We recommend leaving your accommodation at least 90 minutes before departure to account for travel time and check-in.

Please carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence) along with your printed or digital ticket / PNR number. Foreign nationals must present their Passport and Andaman Entry Permit. Without valid ID, boarding will be denied.

If you miss your ferry, please contact our office immediately at +91-03192-230777. Missed ferry tickets are generally non-refundable, but we will do our best to assist you with available seats on the next sailing, subject to availability. We strongly advise arriving well in advance to avoid this situation.

Journey times vary by route: Port Blair ↔ Havelock takes approximately 1.5 – 2.25 hours, and Port Blair ↔ Neil Island takes approximately 1.5 hours. The Havelock ↔ Neil Island leg takes around 45 minutes. Sea conditions may occasionally affect timings.

Each passenger is allowed up to 25 kg of luggage free of charge. Excess baggage is subject to additional charges. Large or bulky items (bicycles, surfboards, etc.) must be declared at the time of booking. All luggage is stored in the hold — please keep valuables and medications with you in the cabin.

Yes. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure are eligible for a partial refund (processing charges apply). Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Rescheduling (subject to seat availability) must be done at least 24 hours before departure. Contact our office for assistance.

Children under 5 years travel free (without an allocated seat). Children aged 5–12 are eligible for a 50% fare concession. Senior citizens (60+) may be eligible for discounts — please contact us directly for current offers. All concessions require supporting documentation at the time of booking.

Our vessels are equipped with air-conditioned seating, clean restrooms, a small refreshment counter, and life safety equipment in compliance with maritime regulations. Passengers prone to sea-sickness are advised to carry medication. Smoking and alcohol consumption onboard is strictly prohibited.
